NASA/NC STEM Pre-Service Teacher Education Scholarship

Dear NC Space Grant Colleagues and Friends, The NASA/NC Space Grant 2022-2023 STEM Pre-Service Teacher Education Scholarship is now open for applications. Undergraduate students studying to become K-12 teachers, especially in STEM fields, are eligible to apply for this competitive program, which will provide them with a scholarship of $3,500, training from NASA education specialists, an expenses-paid trip to NASA Langley Research Center and other opportunities. Undergraduate education majors learn more and apply Applications are due October 17, 2022 and recommendation letters are due October 19, 2022. This is a wonderful opportunity for pre-service teachers to learn how to bring exciting NASA science into their future classrooms and to inspire the next generation of explorers!
